THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Asha Farah Aden and (2) Khadija Farah Aden, both of P.O. Box 16205-00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of all that parcel of land, known as L.R. No. 36/III/312, situate in the outskirts of Nairobi, known as Nairobi East Township, by virtue of a lease, registered as GLA 12592, and whereas the land register in respect thereof has been lost and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, and whereas the proprietor has indemnified the Government of the Republic of Kenya against all claims that may be made after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the property register shall be reconstructed under provisions of section 33 (5) of the Act provided that no objection has been received within that period.
