REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Emmanuel Were (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, known as South/Wanga/Bukaya/39, situate in the district of Kakamega, and whereas in the Senior Principal Magistrate’s Court at Mumias in Succession Cause No. E162 of 2024, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant was issued to (1) Bonface Otaro Were and (2) David Maero Were, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Emmanuel Were (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instruments of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Emmanuel Were (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
