PURSUANT to the Constitution of Kenya, Articles 75 and 194 (b), the Powers and Privileges (County Assemblies) Act, 2017, the Standing Order Nos. 28 (1), (2), (3), (4) and 239 of the County Assembly of Nyamira Standing Orders, it is notified for the Members of the County Assembly of Nyamira and the general public that there shall be a special sitting of the County Assembly of Nyamira, on Monday, 7th July, 2025, at 9.30 a.m., to deliberate on the Report of the Committee on Powers and Privileges on the Conduct of Honourable Members.
