Madhani, advocates, for a grant of probate of written will to the estate of Alpa Nimishkumar Jethwa, late of Nairobi, who died along Jalaram Road, on 11th February, 2025. Box 101–40107, Muhoroni in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, through Messrs. Jackline P. A. Omolo & Co., advocates, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Edward Bernard Onginjo, late of Homalime, who died at Muhoroni East, on 22nd November, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
