TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E17 OF 2025 By (1) Pamela Aluoch Okwiry and (2) Christine Oyuko Akeyo, both of P.O. Box 24–40122, Awasi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and daughter-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jashon Okiri Oyuko alias Jashon Okwiri Oyuko, who died at Wangaya Sub-location, on 1st October, 1990. CAUSE NO. E22 OF 2025 By (1) Andrew Ogol Ojwang, (2) Maurice Ombok Ogol and (3) Joseph Ojwang Aduwo, all of P.O. Box 5050, Otonglo in Kenya, the deceased’s father and sons, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ojwang Okello, who died on 4th September, 1974. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
