TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: 12th September, 2025 THE KENYA GAZETTE CAUSE NO. E27 OF 2024 By (1) Josphine Hoka Shisoka, (2) Frankline Sheridan Muruka and (3) Pamela Wang’aya Muruka, all of P.O. Box 1654–00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Edwin Jeremiah Muruka, late of Namamali Location, who died on 1st March, 2024. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
