TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: THE KENYA GAZETTE 12th September, 2025 CAUSE NO. E16 OF 2025 By (1) Alveer Anwar Hussein Yusuf, (2) Waseem Anwar Hussein Yusuf and (3) Alvia Anwar Hussein Yusuf, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Anwar Hussein Yusuf Sumar, late of Thika, who died there on 18th August, 2024. CAUSE NO. E27 OF 2025 By (1) James Ndathe Gachunji, (2) David Mwai Gachunji and (3) Margaret Wangui Gachunji, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Agnes Wanjiku Ndathe, late of Gitothua, Ruiru, who died there on 12th June, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
