TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E55 OF 2025 By Geoffrey Kipkemoi Langat, of P.O. Box 489, Kericho in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipleting A. Cheres, who died at Kesagetiet, on 17th December, 1982. CAUSE NO. E59 OF 2025 By Samwel Kimutai Rugut, of P.O. Box 489, Kericho in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Tapkigen Cherotich Rogony, who died at Seretut Village, on 27th April, 2025. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
