TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E85 OF 2025 By Kirui Wesley, of P.O. Box 26, Litein in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paul Kipkurui Barmen alias Kipkirui arap Barimen, who died at Itoik, Kapkatet, on 24th May, 2003. CAUSE NO. E87 OF 2025 By Jackson Kibet Soi, of P.O. Box 65, Sotik in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipsoi Mosonik, who died at Ngaiwet Sub-location, on 20th July, 1980. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
