TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E294 OF 2025. By Allison Ajema Tessa M’Mata, of P.O. Box 42718–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, through Messrs. Nalyanya, Muruka, Wawira & Co., advocates of Nairobi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Michael Obura, late of Embakasi, who died at AAR Hospital Ltd., on 31st August, 2024. CAUSE NO. E329 OF 2025. By (1) Patrick Njue Mwangi and (2) Sylvia Wanjiru Mwangi, both of P.O. Box 44897–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s children, through Messrs. Mutuku Mary Nditu, advocates of Nairobi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jane Wanjiku, late of Nairobi, who died at District Hospital, Mbgathi in Kenya, on 6th July, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
