TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E130 OF 2025 By (1) Margaret Nabwire Ojiambo and (2) Fredrick Khamala Barasa, both of P.O. Box 201–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter and nephew, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Wanyama Onyango, who died on 12th April, 1988. CAUSE NO. E192 OF 2025 By Francis O. Thomas Nilly Kanan, of P.O. Box 1012–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Humphrey Nilly Kanana, who died at Metropolitan Hospital in Kenya, on 11th February, 2025. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
