TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E159 OF 2025 By (1) Peterson Mwaura Wambu and (2) Lucy Njeri Wambu, both of P.O. Box 1814–00900, Kiambu in Kenya, the deceased’s children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nancy Nyacira Mwaura, who died at Ngaita, on 29th September, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
