TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E145 OF 2025 By (1) Simon Kihanya Mburu, (2) Gladys Njambi Kihanya and (3) Elizabeth Wanjiru Kihanya, all of P.O. Box 837–00902, Kikuyu in Kenya, the deceased’s widower and children, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Damaris Wanjiku Kihanya, who died on 2nd November, 2020. E298 OF 2025 By Peter Gitau Ndauwa, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ruth Wanja Minyaru, who died at Renguti, on 7th April, 2012. CAUSE NO. E299 OF 2025 By Hannah Wanjiru Wambui, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Titus Kamau Ngonjo, who died at Nduma, on 13th February, 2008.
