CAUSE NO. E138 OF 2025 By Nancy Wanjiku Mbugua, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of George Mbugua Gatiba, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 21st December, 2020. CAUSE NO. E266 OF 2022 By Samuel Muthee Njenga, of P.O. Box 51–00902, Kikuyu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paul Njomo Muthee, who died on 9th July, 1992. CAUSE NO. E291 OF 2025 By Grace Wangui Githinji, of P.O. Box 496–00902, Kikuyu in Kenya, the deceased’s mother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of George Nderitu Githingi, who died on 26th August, 2007.
