TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E135 OF 2025 By Bonfus Kamau Mbugua, of P.O. Box 815–00902, Kikuyu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Mbugua Kamau alias Peter Mbugua Simon Kamau, who died on 5th October, 1979. CAUSE NO. E136 OF 2025 By Mary Wambui Gateri, of P.O. Box 815–00902, Kikuyu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gateri Kahiga Thiong’o alias Gateri s/o Kahiga alias Nicholas Wanderi Kahiga, who died on 21st February, 2024. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
