TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court
in:
CAUSE NO. E129 OF 2025
By Jerusha Kanja Mionki, of P.O. Box 491–60600, Maua in
Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of
M’Ithibutu M’Thiringi, who died at Njia cia Mwendwa, on 2nd
February, 2001.
CAUSE NO. E150 OF 2025
By Jane Nkirote Micubu, of P.O. Box 491–60600, Maua in Kenya,
for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of
M’Mungania M’Iburi, who died at Amaku, on 22nd August, 2023.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to
the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30)
days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
