CAUSE NO. E284 OF 2025 By Ndimu Mulwa Matolo, of P.O. Box 1–90200, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kasyoka Kikala, who died at Kitui, on 6th May, 1995. CAUSE NO. E306 OF 2025 By John Kivu Kiniki, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kivu Kaniki, who died at Katulani Sub- location, on 18th June, 1994. CAUSE NO. E332 OF 2025 By Joseph Muema Katwa, of P.O. Box 1, Kitui in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Katwa Mbindyo Kaamba, who died at Kathungu Sub-location, on 7th January, 2007. CAUSE NO. E333 OF 2025 By Munzuuu Kuvuva, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kububa Kibu alias Kuvuva Kivu, who died at Katulani Sub-location, on 4th February, 1990.
