CAUSE NO. E396 OF 2025 By Perez Adhiambo Oindo, of P.O. Box 5054–40100, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Walter Oindo Nyakwaka, who died on 10th January, 1977. CAUSE NO. E447 OF 2025 By Joyce Awino Osoo, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Edward Ochieng Guya alias Edward Ochieng, who died on 17th July, 1978. CAUSE NO. E489 OF 2025 By Hesbon Odhiambo Achieng, of P.O. Box 17, Kisumu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jecton Achieng Okore, who died at Kisumu, on 16th January, 2012.
