E231 OF 2025 By Philip Ajuma Afugo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Basil Afugo Magio alias Basili Afugo Magio, who died at Pala, on 18th September, 2023. CAUSE NO. E233 OF 2025 By Adilina Atieno Onyango, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Martin Rabango Nyakongo alias Martin Rabango, who died at Usigu, on 28th August, 2011. CAUSE NO. E234 OF 2025 By Benard Amollo Otieno, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Gor Otieno, who died at Nyangoma, on 24th April, 2024. CAUSE NO. E235 OF 2025 By (1) Doris Atieno Osomo and (2) Rose Omoro Ouko, the deceased’s widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Onaya Ouko, who died at District Hospital, Bondo in Kenya, on 27th July, 1998.
