TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E200 OF 2025 By (1) Simion Oyaro Nyabwengi and (2) Isaac Manyange Nyabwengi, both of P.O. Box 858, Kisii in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gilbert Nyabwengi Manyange alias Gilbertus Nyabwengi Manyange, who died at Bomokora Sub-location, on 29th July, 2024. CAUSE NO. E297 OF 2024 By Charles Peter Ondieki, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ondieki Ondieki, who died at Masongo, on 15th August, 2008. CAUSE NO. E339 OF 2025 By Ambrose Mogaka Manyara, of P.O. Box 590–40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Manyara Ongori, who died on 11th February, 1982. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
