TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E116 OF 2024 By Kadzo Kaingu Pozilandi, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lawrence Kaingu Pozilano alias Lawrence Kaingu Poziland, who died at Kilifi County Hospital in Kenya, on 4th May, 2017. CAUSE NO. E132 OF 2025 By Ngala Chome Nyanja, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chome Ngala, who died at Kiriba, Wangawni, on 1st December, 2000. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
