E18 OF 2024 By Samson India Muga, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Henry Muga Awino, who died at Kadiju Chiga, on 5th September, 1991. CAUSE NO. E284 OF 2025 By Caroline Atieno Ogutu, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Odhiambo Keya, who died at Jaramogi Oginga Odinga Teaching and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 13th January, 2022. CAUSE NO. E318 OF 2025 By Paul Simon Ogola, the deceased’s nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alele Okal, who died on 13th May, 1993. CAUSE NO. E320 OF 2025 By (1) Mary Omondi Anudo, (2) Moses Otiende Ochiere and (3) George Lee Achiando, all of P.O. Box 96–40100, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter and sons, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Edward Ochieng Nyalik, who died at Buoye, Kisumu, on 8th May, 2001. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
