E5 OF 2025 By Paulina Ashotu Longori, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Namedoti Oliakuai Lokil, who died at Uasonarok, on 29th May, 2016. CAUSE NO. E33 OF 2025 By Samuel Mwai Githaga, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Wambui Githaga, who died at Royal St. Monicah Medical, on 11th May, 2024. CAUSE NO. E44 OF 2025 By Mohamed Shabir Muhgal, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hazarabibi Mohamed Sadiq alias Harara Begum Siddiq, who died at Nakuru War Memorial Hospital in Kenya, on 11th November, 2012. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
