Box 1, Kilungu in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Laban Muthengi Lili, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 23rd July, 1999. CAUSE NO. E53 OF 2024 By John Willie Kithuka, of P.O. Box 22, Kola in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Loise Kasiva Kithuka alias Loise Kithuka, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 3rd February, 2002. CAUSE NO. E18 OF 2025 By Benard Muli Lai, of P.O. Box 221–90130, Nunguni in Kenya, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Damian Muambi Nduto alias Damian Muambi Mang’o, who died at Mukaa, on 19th December, 1992. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
