Box 100–50100, Soy in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Vuhasio David, who died on 7th May, 2023. CAUSE NO. E65 OF 2025 By Benard Wechuli Khaoya, of P.O. Box 194, Malava in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Salume Khaoya Namwaya, who died at Kulumbeni Sub- location, on 15th October, 1997. CAUSE NO. E70 OF 2025 By Festus Simwa Mwakha, of P.O. Box 52, Malava in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwakha Simwa, who died at Mwera, on 10th July, 1974. CAUSE NO. Box 25, Malava in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Weyibula Lunani, who died at Mukavakava Sub-location, on 1st May, 1995.
