E273 OF 2024 By Joseph Abuyeka Muka, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wikilifu Muka Yeye, who died at District Hospital, Vihiga in Kenya in 2013. CAUSE NO. E158 OF 2025 By Nyanguka Matendechere Mary, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Matendechere Okusimba alias Matendechere Okusimba, who died in 1999. CAUSE NO. E210 OF 2025 By Caleb Ojango Chiteri, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Omutimba alias Johana Mudimba, who died on 1st July, 1977. CAUSE NO. E211 OF 2025 By (1) Joseph Musungu Omaya and (2) Emily Ngote Alubokho, both of P.O. Box 211, Yala in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Omaya Musungu Musumba alias Omaya Musumba, who died at Wambulishe Location, on 5th August, 2010. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
