APPOINTMENT
IT IS notified for the information of the general public, Members
of the County Assembly and the staff of the County Assembly of
Machakos that, following a resolution of the County Assembly Service
Board in its sitting held on the 1st September, 2025 and purauant to
section 21 of the County Assembly Services Act, the Deputy Clerk,
Administration—
PETER MUEMA MBATHA
is appointed as Acting Clerk of the County Assembly of Machakos,
with effect from the 1st September, 2025. Consequently the
appointment* of Denis Musyoka Mutui is revoked.
