TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E3 OF 2025 By Grace Nyaguthi Kamau, of P.O. Box 609, Kalimoni in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Baker Kamau Gachugi alias Sammy Baker Kamau Gachugi, who died at Losogwa, on 3rd November, 2023. CAUSE NO. E13 OF 2025 By Mary Wangechi Njeru, of P.O. Box 2064–20300, Nyahururu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Njeru Gichuki, who died at Karen, on 29th December, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
