TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E109 OF 2025 By Public Trustee, of P.O. Box 80366–80100, Mombasa in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sammy Kabiri Mwangi, who died at Fahari Estate, on 20th July, 2022. CAUSE NO. E115 OF 2025 By Mogire Mike Osoro, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Mogire Oyugi, who died at Coast General Hospital in Kenya, on 10th October, 2007. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
