TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E364 OF 2025 By (1) Mary Nyambura Githinji and (2) Willy Mwangi Githinji, both of P.O. Box 251–20100, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ephraim Githinji Kamau, who died at Njoro, on 19th March, 2016. CAUSE NO. E365 OF 2025 By (1) Peter Ndiba Karanu and (2) Virginia Wangui Karanu, both of P.O. Box 251–20100, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Njeri Karanu, who died at Mbaruk, on 15th November, 2018. CAUSE NO. E449 OF 2025 By (1) Morris Githuka Wainaina and (2) Naomi Nyaboro Wainaina, both of P.O. Box 21, Bahati in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stanley Wainaina Githuka, who died at Wendo Sub- location, on 19th January, 2024. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
