TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E574 OF 2024 (FORMERLY HC CAUSE NO. 3 OF 2024 HIGH COURT AT THIKA) By (1) Lydia Wanjiku Kieme and (2) Simon Paul Thuo Kieme, both of P.O. Box 147, Ruaraka in Kenya, the deceased’s children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Millicent Wanjiru James, who died at Kenyatta University Teaching Research and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 21st August, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
