TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E90 OF 2025 By (1) Joseph Muchangi Mwai and (2) Duncan Wanjohi Mwai, both of P.O. Box 419–10101, Karatina in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muchangi Irene Watare, who died at Mwai Kibaki Hospital, Othaya in Kenya, on 17th July, 2024. CAUSE NO. E178 OF 2025 By Wanjau Mweri, of P.O. Box 593–10101, Karatina in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muigiriri Mweri, who died at Mukore, Nyeri, on 11th August, 2007. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
