TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E68 OF 2025 By (1) Peris Wambui Kamonjo and (2) John Ndung’u Kamonjo, both of P.O. Box 4215–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Davies Kamonjo Kabiru, who died at A.I.C., Kijabe Hospital in Kenya, on 26th June, 2022. CAUSE NO. E95 OF 2025 By Margaret Wambui Thuku, of P.O. Box 292, Gilgil in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Thuku Ngethe, who died on 17th September, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
