TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E201 OF 2025 By Peter N. Nyaga, of P.O. Box 3, Embu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Mbogo Nyaga alias Mbogo Nyaga, who died at Embu Hospital in Kenya, on 2nd September, 2006. 26th September, 2025 THE KENYA GAZETTE CAUSE NO. E203 OF 2025 By Rose Wanjiru Mwatha, of P.O. Box 36, Karaba in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lawrence Mwatha Nyaga, who died at Huruma Nursing Home, on 29th January, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
