TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E274 OF 2024 By (1) Janet Mutua and (2) Francis Mutinda Mutua, both of P.O. Box 60749–00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Mutua Wambua, who died at Mater Hospital in Kenya, on 15th October, 2019. CAUSE NO. E325 OF 2024 By (1) Joel Nyenge Mutili, (2) Wilson Mutua Mutili and (3) Mary Ngila, all of P.O. Box 81–90102, Mwala in Kenya, the deceased’s sons and daughter-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mutili Sila alias Mutili Sila Nthenge, who died at Kyanganga, on 2nd September, 2003. CAUSE NO. E96 OF 2025 By Moses Nzau Kaloki, of P.O. Box 79365–00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kaloki Mumo, who died at Vyulya, Masii, on 5th November, 1984. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
