E155 OF 2025 By John Ndolo Kitibo, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kitibo Ndolo, who died at Makueni Hospital in Kenya, on 23rd March, 2023. CAUSE NO. E157 OF 2025 By Johnstone Mwaiwa Kithanze, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kithanze Ndolo, who died at Kyuasini, on 5th September, 1993. CAUSE NO. E198 OF 2025 By Manasses Sumbi Nthuku, of P.O. Box 1, Okia in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nthuku Musumbi Mutyethau, who died on 20th June, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
