TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E234 OF 2025 By Rose Mbithe Kieti, of P.O. Box 347–90300, Makueni in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alexander Kieti Kivondo, who died on 7th March, 2004. CAUSE NO. E275 OF 2025 By Fredrick Kituku Kioko, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mbenge Kioko Nduse, who died at Unoa. CAUSE NO. E267 OF 2025 By Mutele Mungala Wambua, of P.O. Box 1–90302, Kathonzweni in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mungala Wambua Mulwa, who died on 4th February, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
