TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E43 OF 2025 By Margaret Nyangarisa Mayaka, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Moses Mayaka Momanyi, who died at Sinai Hospital in Kenya, on 6th September, 2024. CAUSE NO. E51 OF 2025 By (10 Lucy Kiacia Magiri and (2) Brian Leboi ole Sekento, both of P.O. Box 747–00208, Ngong Hills in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Nathan ole Sekento, who died at Coptic Hospital in Kenya, on 10th December, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
