TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E34 OF 2025 By (1) Sein Koinari and (2) Saitoti Koinari, the deceased’s daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Koinari Koroyian Kepese, who died at Inkiito, Kajiado, on 23rd January, 2023. CAUSE NO. E36 OF 2025 By (1) Noah Likamba Yepet and (2) Isaac Kurat Yepet, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Yepet Rakaro Nasha, who died on 8th August, 2013. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
