TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E18 OF 2025 By (1) Faith Nungari Kibui and (2) Daniel Kimani Kibui, the deceased’s daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Teresia Wairimu Kibui, who died at Kitengela, on 4th May, 2025. CAUSE NO. E66 OF 2025 By (1) Ndula ole Somoine and (2) Simon Tomoine, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kanini Somoine Kisara, who died on 7th July, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
