TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E25 OF 2025 By (1) Nahashon Lontubu, (2) George Lewuata Lontubu and (3) Peter Lontubu, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Kaisuki Lontubu alias John Lontubu, who died at North Kinangop Catholic Hospital in Kenya, on 23rd March, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
