TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E269 OF 2024 By Erick Owino Ogara, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Risper Akinyi Okach, who died at Webuye, on 31st March, 1996. CAUSE NO. E428 OF 2025 By Leonard Ongoro Achar, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Loisi Aenda Achar alias Aende Achola, who died at Kadera Lwala, on 4th October, 1980. CAUSE NO. E429 OF 2025 By Leonard Ongoro Achar, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Achala Otieno alias Otieno Achala, who died at Kadera Lwala, on 10th April, 2000. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
