TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E323 OF 2025 By Nashon Otieno Odhiambo, of P.O. Box 2–40400, Suna in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Odhiambo Ombwa alias Odhiambo Obwa, who died at Nyamaraga Sub-location, on 4th July, 2000. CAUSE NO. E466 OF 2025 By (1) Francis Obiero Majan and (2) Thomas Olingo Majan, the deceased’s sons, both of P.O. Box 551–40400, Migori in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Majan Motose Samson, who died on 21st January, 2013. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
