TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E30 OF 2025 By Simon Kibiegon Towett, of P.O. Box 83, Kapkatet in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipruto arap Chemobo, who died at Itoik, Chemoiben, on 18th March, 1988. CAUSE NO. E405 OF 2025 By (1) Sammy Kipngetich Ngeno and (2) Ngeno Alfred, both of P.O. Box 31, Litein in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Babu Marta alias James Babu arap Marta alias Babu arap Marta, who died on 17th April, 2001. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
