Box 352, Ogembo in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Augustino Nyangara Momanyi, who died at Mokwerero Location, on 2nd November, 2003. CAUSE NO. E37 OF 2025 By Erick Stephen Nyangweso, of P.O. Box 2, Ogembo in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Benson Nyangweso Nyambaso, who died at Boochi Chache Location, on 21st May, 2023. CAUSE NO. E58 OF 2025 By Nelson Nyangaresi Moreka, of P.O. Box 161, Ogembo in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Moreka Makori, who died at Lenmek Hospital in Kenya, on 23rd December, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
