CAUSE NO. E39 OF 2025 By Nzusu Mwongela Lomba, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwongela Lombo, who died at Iteta, on 11th June, 1994. CAUSE NO. E48 OF 2025 By (1) Lillian Mutave Kyalo and (2) Richard Mutisya Kingoo, the deceased’s daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Raphael Mutuku Ndiku, who died at Fedha, Embakasi, on 6th February, 2022. E73 OF 2025 By Jullianah Mbete Musau Nzellu, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of George Musau Nzelu, who died along Garissa Road, on 2nd February, 2002.
