TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E32 OF 2025 By (1) Lucy Waithera Njonjo and (2) Kelvin Njonjo Njenga, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Njenga Taiti, who died at Lower Matasia, on 22nd June, 2020. CAUSE NO. E43 OF 2025 By Magret Nyangarisa Mayaka, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Moses Mayaka Momanyi, who died at Sinai Hospital in Kenya, on 6th September, 2024. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
