TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E47 OF 2025 By (1) Agnes Retina Amase and (2) Kevin Kibet Kipkurui, both of P.O. Box 1620–20300, Nyahururu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Kipkirui Chirchir alias Kipkurui James Chirchir, who died at Kapkechir, on 12th November, 2009. THE KENYA GAZETTE 26th September, 2025 CAUSE NO. E48 OF 2025 By David Ayabei, of P.O. Box 81–30400, Kabarnet in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ayabei Chebii, who died at Tiriony, on 11th October, 1979. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
