E18 OF 2024 By Luvuno Mtwana Chiringa, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mumba Ndune Mumba, who died at Mazeras, on 5th July, 1996. CAUSE NO. E16 OF 2024 By Mwanaisha Nyae Kalongo, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muwawa Nyae Kalongo, who died at Buni, Kisimani, on 15th July, 1984. CAUSE NO. E3 OF 2025 By Brenda Kawali Mulinge, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwanzala Mwabaya Baya alias Mwanzala Mwabaya Baya, who died at Misufini, Mariakani, on 30th January, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
