TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E80 OF 2025 By James Kamau Karigithe, of P.O. Box 448, Mukurweini in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joshua Karigithe Kamau, who died at Consolata Hospital in Kenya, on 12th August, 2024. CAUSE NO. E81 OF 2025 By (1) Francis Maina Ritho and (2) Kelvin Muriithi Waithaka, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mbogo Kiragu alias Mbogo s/o Kibugu, who died at Mbiuini Sub-location, on 17th March, 1971. THE KENYA GAZETTE 26th September, 2025 The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
